We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Consultant to join our award-winning Professional Services team at GLiNTECH, a Valiantys company. As we continue to expand our Strategy & Planning consulting practice, we’re seeking a seasoned professional with strong consulting experience, expertise in Agile at Scale, PMO and/or IT transformations, and exceptional project management skills.

About the role:

As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will:

  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and successful outcomes.
  • Develop deep expertise in Atlassian tools and other technologies, advocating best practices.
  • Support pre-sales activities by shaping tailored software capability roadmaps for new clients.
  • Have commercial awareness to propose and deliver consulting engagements to meet utilisation goals
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Leverage your Agile/PMO expertise to implement enterprise solutions for a diverse client base.
  • Oversee the scoping, planning, and implementation of large-scale software transformation projects.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business needs with innovative technical solutions.
  • Drive effective change management and training strategies to ensure project success.
  • Play a key role in advancing and expanding our Strategy & Planning practice.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a senior consulting role, preferably within an agile environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels of business, from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Confidence in managing complex conversations, balancing diplomacy with assertiveness.
  • A natural ability to lead discussions, foster engagement, and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Experience in aligning IT solutions with business processes across large organisations, driving consistency, collaboration, and efficiency.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or or relevant industry experience.
  • Senior consulting experience, with a proven track record in creating enterprise solutions in an agile environment.
  • Full-time work rights in Australia.

  • After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
  • In this interview, we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear why you are a good fit for this role. If we are all happy to continue, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd interview.
  • This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
